Avenged Sevenfold...die hard fan... also known as A7X ....... a rock band that just bring out their own identity and have rock the world. This band was established in 1999 in Huntington, Carlifornia, US. A7X's first album is Sounding The Seventh Trumpet was recorded when the band members were eigtheen years old and in high school.
Their next album entitled Waking The Fallen follow up and A7x were singed to Warner Bros. Records. The City Of Evil album release in 7 June 2005. In this album the song entitled Bat Country is the best song and make the album sold very well became Avenged sevenfold's first gold record. Matthew Charles Sanders (M. shadows) as their vocalist, chose to abandon the screaming vocals from the two first album but stated that he wanted the a CD with half screaming and another one with no screaming in the third album

Cooling Down"....??????? Cooling down or warming down is the term used to describe an easy, full body exercise that will allow the body to gradually transition from an exertional state to a resting or near resting state. Depending on the intensity of the exercise, cooling down can involve a slow jog or walk, or with lower intensities, stretching can be used. Cooling down helps remove lactic acidand allows the heart rate to return to its resting rate. Contrary to popular belief, cool down does not appear to reduce delayed-onset muscle soreness.A cool down allow the person to mentally transition to a non-exercise state.
The way to get a cooling down involve a gradual yet continuous decrease in exercise intensity such as begin from hard run to an easy jog to a brisk walk, stretching, and rehydration. Durations can vary for different people, but 5-10 minutes is considered adequate. During the exercise, peripheral veins, particularly within muscle dilate to accommodate the increased blood flow through exercising muscle. The skeletal-muscle pump assists in returning blood to the heart and maintaining cardiac output. A sudden cessation of strenuous exercise may cause blood to pool in peripheral dilated veins and the heart must beat faster and harder to adequately oxygenate the body and maintain blood pressure. A cooling down period allows a more gradual return to venous tone, and allows a gradual decline in heart rate that reduces stress on the organ.
